Maybe you've heard rumors about renewed intrigue here at CAMP. While challenges abound, new partnerships have sparked joyful collaboration and we are making regular steps toward laying a strong foundation for the organization to grow and thrive.
The current apartment collective is a soulful motley crue including a master of social work/dog whisperer, a rehabber/actor, a community artist/yogini, an architect/dancing queen, a dumpster-king/rickshaw taxi-driver, three dogs and ten fishies. We are excited about new boundaries (an 8' fence!) and new momentum in creating a vibrant, creative nexus for our community. We welcome renewed support and strategic feedback. If you feel passionate about equitable, sustainable development and green, peaceful solutions on Cherokee Street, we invite you to bring it!
To get involved, come to a collective meeting, jump on the mailing list, or call for a tour. Or visit on a Sunday from 1-4pm to see the bike shop & "Make Space" in action. (Click to see our full wish list....)
