Automated Update Notification

You will need to register for a user account on this website to receive automated notifications via email. At present, we only have automated notification available for the discussion forum and the events calendar.

Once logged in, you have several options for enabling automated notification of responses or updates:

  1. Click on "Notifications" in the User Menu and select categories (e.g. fundraising, artsmusic, bikes) or content types (e.g. events, discussion forum) for which you would like to receive automated email notification. This will subscribe your email to automated notification of all new content for the specified category (e.g. all content tagged "bikes") and/or the specified type (e.g. all forum posts).

  2. If you are yourself posting the page for which you want automated notifications, check the "subscribe" box visible under the "body" field.

  3. Likewise, you may opt to always receive notification of responses to anything you post to this site by clicking "My Account" in the User Menu to the left, then the Edit tab, and then check the "Autosubscribe" box.

  4. Alternatively, go to the specific page in the discussion forum or the events calendar and click on the "subscribe post" link at the bottom of the page. This will enable automated email notification for comments/updates made just to that particular page. To disable the notification, go back to that page and click the "unsubscribe post" link at the bottom.


Change Email for Your Account

To change your email address used with this site, click on the "My Account" link in the User Menu at left, then on the Edit tab, and then type in your new email in the field provided. Click submit when done.


Newsletters

We will send out periodic newsletters to inform, amuse, and delight. These will be newsletters giving updates about goings-on at CAMP, along with periodic event announcements. For now, we just have an event announcement newsletter, which you can subscribe to using the block titled "Event Announcements" on the main page. You do not need to register for a user account to get our email newsletter.
