Yoga with Casey Monday & Weds

Join us for community yoga with Casey, every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm. Students are guided through poses, moving at their own pace. Modifications to poses are offered, as needed. Be prepared to connect with your neighbor and possibly meet a new friend. Community yoga is open to all skill levels and anyone age 13 and older. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Some mats available for use, if needed. Suggested donation: $5-$15.

Casey began her yoga journey in 2012. Since then, she has explored many styles of movement, dance, and flow. Casey completed her 200-hour teacher training through Yoga Six in St. Louis, MO in 2017. As a teacher, Casey creates a welcoming environment for students to safely move between poses, with attention to alignment and breath. Casey teaches weekly Vinyasa and Hatha classes at Shanti Yoga at the Maplewood location. You can reach out to Casey directly at or through her Facebook page:
