Yoga with Carly Ann!

This Monday class7:30pm till 8:45pm focuses on mindful lengthening, moving, and strengthening the body to create a revitalizing and meditative practice.  Integrating breath and lighthearted but thoughtful sequences, the class is suitable for all levels and offers a sound foundation to deepen your yoga practice both here and at home

Donations kindly accepted to help support Community Arts and Movement Project.


Carly has been a consistent yoga practitioner for over 6 years.  She comes from a background where breath, movement, and mind were crucial as a collegiate swimmer and youth coach.  She will finish her 200 hour certification at Urban Breath in May and will be continuing her yoga teaching education for years to come.
