Hello,
I am moving to St. Louis, as soon as I can find a place, from New Orleans. I would love to know more about this room! Is it close to the metrolink or any other public transportation? I am very happy to discuss any sort or work trade situation as I have a successful history with such arrangements. I am very skilled with close-quarters, communal living situations; and suspect that I would make an adequate addition to this home.

Thanks for inquiring about the room. It is about 10 blocks walk away from the #11 bus, which connects with Metrolink. The bus that used to run down Cherokee was sadly cut last year.
This room is actually intended for office/studio/workspace purposes; it's not habitable. Also, do please note we can only do work-trade arrangements to reduce the rent for the room, not completely offset the rent.
